Focusing on something joyful can make you feel happier, whether that’s trying a new food, reading a good book, or just reaching out to someone. And that can have a positive impact on your health. The link between happiness and good health is too strong to ignore! Staying connected, being kind, travelling, spending time outside and activities like gardening are great ways to boost your mood and keep you happy and healthy.
